Yaron Yasmeh is a California civil litigation attorney who represents individuals, property owners, landlords, small businesses, and other litigants in personal injury, real estate, employment, and general civil litigation matters. He approaches each case with methodical preparation, practical judgment, and a trial-ready mindset, focusing on building claims and defenses that are credible, well-supported, and positioned for the strongest possible result.
A substantial part of Yaron's practice is dedicated to personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle collisions, slip-and-fall incidents, trip-and-fall incidents, premises liability matters, negligent security claims, and other injury-causing events. He works to develop each case from the outset through careful investigation, liability analysis, medical documentation, damages evaluation, and settlement strategy. Yaron understands that an injury affects more than medical bills; it can disrupt a client's work, daily life, family responsibilities, and long-term stability. His goal is to present each client's losses clearly and persuasively while pursuing maximum recovery.
Yaron also handles real estate litigation and landlord-tenant matters, including commercial and residential unlawful detainer actions, purchase-and-sale disputes, lease drafting and enforcement, partition actions, easement and boundary disputes, quiet title actions, and breach-of-contract claims involving real property.
Yaron earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School with a concentration in Trial Advocacy. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, graduating cum laude, which assists him in evaluating financial records, damages models, lost earnings, liens, settlement issues, and business-related claims.
During law school, Yaron externed for the Honorable Craig Richman of the Los Angeles Superior Court and served as a Certified Law Clerk with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, Healthcare Fraud Unit. These experiences gave him practical exposure to courtroom procedure, evidentiary issues, complex investigations, and California litigation practice.
