Yaniv Yasmeh is a California civil litigation attorney whose practice is grounded in methodical preparation, strategic case development, and assertive advocacy against insurance carriers, institutional defendants, and opposing counsel. He represents injured plaintiffs, property owners, businesses, and other clients in personal injury, real estate, and general civil litigation matters throughout California.
Yaniv's personal injury practice includes motor vehicle collisions, trucking and commercial vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bites, and wrongful death claims. He understands how insurance companies evaluate claims and works to build each case with the evidence, medical documentation, liability analysis, and damages support necessary to pursue maximum recovery. From the initial claim through demand, litigation, mediation, and trial preparation, Yaniv approaches each matter with the goal of creating leverage and presenting a case that is both persuasive and trial-ready.
In addition to personal injury, Yaniv handles real estate and general civil litigation matters, including commercial and residential unlawful detainer actions, purchase-and-sale disputes, lease and assignment disputes, and breach-of-contract claims involving real property. He represents clients through all stages of California civil procedure, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, law-and-motion practice, settlement conferences, mediation, and trial. Yaniv also represents clients in Beit Din (rabbinical court) and private arbitration proceedings, drafting Shtarei Berurin, prosecuting and defending claims before recognized Los Angeles Battei Din, and confirming or vacating awards in California superior court.
Yaniv earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School with a concentration in Trial Advocacy. Before founding Yasmeh Law Group with his partners, he practiced at Carpenter & Zuckerman, one of California's leading plaintiff-side personal injury firms, where he handled a high volume of cases against major insurance carriers. That experience shaped his litigation style and continues to inform the way he prepares cases today, with documented liability, fully supported damages, and a credible willingness to litigate when necessary.
